Principals only see data related to their building(s). Teachers only see their students. Parents only see their student(s). Everyone can see publicly available summary information.

Executive Intelligence can modify and customize these to meet your particular requirements, and produce web versions of your existing reports. Speedily implemented. A typical District is implemented in about six weeks, depending on the availability of data. In most cases, it is delivered in sequential phases - first to administrators, then to principals, then to teachers - over a period of months. We will train your trainers and provide materials. Training is quick, usually just a couple of hours to become a competent user.

A TECHNICAL NOTE: We offer this next-generation multidimensional analytical capability using existing data from existing systems. SAMS is built on a revolutionary tokenized database that makes OLAP cubes unnecessary and obsolete. This unique architecture easily accepts changes in the source data and changes in the required output over time. The system is built to scale and could handle every student in the US, unlimited data, and tens of thousands of simultaneous users. We do not touch existing operational systems - we work from copies or extracts of existing data, which can come in just about any type (most databases, flat files, Excel etc etc). Our proprietary database then performs multidimensional analysis as if the data were one homogeneous database. A regular use, however, needs no more skill than click, drag and drop!
